Pregnant? Avoid drugs and vaccinations

All pregnant women should know that any drug can affect their growing fetus and result in fetal malformations and birth injuries. Fetal damage can come from nearly every class of drugs.

That’s why chiropractic’s drug-free approach is such a blessing to pregnant women.

Especially avoid the mercury-laden flu shot that is being recommended for pregnant women. Why risk having an autistic or brain-injured child by having brain-toxic chemicals injected into the mother?

If there is any group of individuals who need chiropractic care the most – it is pregnant women.

Institute of Medicine report

A number of people have asked about the Institute of Medicine (IoM) report saying vaccines don’t cause autism.

The report is flawed. The IoM consistently refuses to review scientific papers showing a vaccine-autism link and instead only reviews papers (often written by researchers with ties to drug companies) that report vaccines are safe. One of the best responses we’ve seen to the IoM report is from Natural News. Here is the (edited) beginning of the article; click on the link below to read the rest of it.

The Institute of Medicine report claimed to review the adverse effects of vaccines. The old media predictably twisted the report into a complete lie and loudly declared that vaccines were once again proven completely safe! The presstitutes, it turns out, utterly failed to read the very report they claimed to be writing about, because if you read the IoM’s report, it openly admits that MMR vaccines cause seizures, measles, skin reactions, loss of consciousness and many other problems. In fact, the report admits that all kinds of vaccines cause deadly side effects such as difficulty breathing. Know the truth about how dangerous vaccines really are. It will shock you that the mainstream media failed to report any of this. http://www.naturalnews.com/033447_Institute_of_Medicine_vaccines.html

How do prescription drugs get tested for approval in the US?

Believe it or not many prescription drugs are tested in foreign countries on people that may be completely different from the people for whom the drugs will be prescribed. That’s one reason why so many people are harmed. For every one person killed by a prescription drug, many more are injured, some severely.

An article in Vanity Fair sums up this state of affairs very well:

Prescription drugs kill some 200,000 Americans every year. Will that number go up, now that most clinical trials are conducted overseas – on sick Russians, homeless Poles, and slum-dwelling Chinese – in places where regulation is virtually nonexistent, the F.D.A. doesn’t reach, and “mistakes” can end up in pauper’s graves? The authors investigate the globalization of the pharmaceutical industry, and the U.S. government’s failure to rein in a lethal profit machine.

Asperger’s and Chiropractic. A 6-year-old male patient was brought to the office in October 2000. He had not responded to standard medical care. His initial complaints included: Asperger’s Syndrome that resulted in uncontrollable “rocking, jumping and flapping” of his hands; asthma triggered by exertion; seasonal allergies and colds or bronchial congestion; and severe allergies to mold, dust, animal dander and seasonal triggers. His Asperger’s symptoms started at age 3, and he had asthma and allergy symptoms since early childhood.

Cranial and spinal subluxation patterns were detected and a treatment program was implemented to address these patterns using SOT protocols and procedures.

The patient and family reported that the Asperger’s Syndrome symptoms “settled down within the first week of care.” While first seen in October 2000, by January 2001 his Asperger’s symptoms had been stabilizing and he was off medications for asthma and allergies.

His Asperger’s symptoms continued to improve and only occurred infrequently when under extreme stress. His asthma and allergies responded positively within the first few weeks of care,

Presently the patient is 15 years old and has not needed any medication over the past 7 years, nor have his Asperger’s symptoms returned. At the present time this patient is being seen on a wellness/maintenance chiropractic care program. (1)

Migraine, cervicogenic headache and chiropractic.

Systematic literature searches of controlled clinical trials published through August 2009 relevant to chiropractic practice were conducted using many databases. Twenty-one articles were used to develop recommendations. The evidence suggests that chiropractic care improves migraine and cervicogenic headaches. (2)

Oct.27.11-Chiro & Neck Pain

A literature review of existing studies shows that chiropractic care is effective for patients suffering from chronic neck pain.  The study, published in the scientific periodical, the March 2007 issue of the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, looked at 16 prior studies and put the data from these studies together to get a larger picture of results.

The results of this literature review were also picked up by several news outlets including Medical-News.net and the United Press International. This review was very specific and did not look at cases involving whiplash, headaches, or arm pain.  The reviewers only looked at scientifically sound crashes that involved chronic neck pain.

Howard Vernon, DC, PhD, the review’s chief author and his colleagues found what they called “high-quality evidence” that patients with chronic neck pain showed significant pain-level improvements following chiropractic.  They also found that in reviewing all these previous studies none of the groups studied remain unchanged, and all of the groups showed showed results in the first 12 weeks.  Additionally, they noted that no trial reported any serious adverse effects.

The fact that all these different studies found the same results shows the consistency of chiropractic for these problems.  Dr. Vernon commented, “The results of the literature review confirm the common clinical experience of doctors of chiropractic: neck manipulation is beneficial for patients with certain forms of chronic neck pain.”

The authors of the review noted that neck pain is a very common problem, second only to low back pain in its frequency in the general population.

Oct.26.11-Chiro & Back Pain

Back Pain Sufferers Benefit from Chiropractic Care

A study published in the June 2010 issue of The Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, showed that people who used what the study called “Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM)” received a “great deal” of benefit. Chiropractic was included in what this medical study defined as CAM care.

The study received attention in a number of news stories including an article in the July 4, 2010 Medical News Today, and in a June 30, 2010 Business Wire release by the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress. The study surveyed people who had suffered from back pain and had used at least one CAM therapy in the last 12 months. Of these participants the results showed that over 60% found remarkable relief using the top six CAM treatments. Those treatments were chiropractic care, massage, yoga/tai chi/qi Cong, acupuncture, herbal therapies, and relaxation techniques – with chiropractic care being the most popular choice.

The Medical News Today story reported that back pain is the second leading reason people walk into a doctor’s office in the U.S. The survey looked at a total of 17 CAM therapies choices. Of those, Chiropractic care was the most popular approach at 74 percent, with massage a distant second at 22 percent.

Dr. Gerard Clum, Foundation for Chiropractic Progress spokesperson and president of Life Chiropractic College West noted, “What we are seeing with these studies is compelling evidence that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for back pain sufferers more and more, that light is chiropractic care and other CAM approaches.”

One of the interesting findings of the study was that an overwhelming number of the people in the survey did not go to a CAM practitioner because of a referral from a medical doctor. In fact only 24 percent of respondents with back pain who received CAM stated that care came at the suggestion of their conventional medical practitioner.

In their study conclusion, the authors of the study stated, “CAM is used by 40% to 60% of the population yearly, and back pain is the most common medical condition for which people use CAM. Using a nationally representative survey, our analyses documented that the majority of respondents who used CAM for back pain perceived great benefit and identified specific factors associated with perceived benefit.”

In the Foundation for Chiropractic Progress release on the study Dr. Clum summed up the study by stating, “Back pain sufferers should be made aware of all treatment options, especially alternatives that have been scientifically proven to provide relief. While chiropractic care has in the past been considered alternative there is now a case to be made for making it the first choice for patients and in the process making interventions like injections and surgery the alternative approach.”

Chiropractic and mental health
Since chiropractic’s inception in 1895 the psychotherapeutic benefits have been noticed. Simply stated – the brain functions better when the body has no subluxations.

In fact, for many decades in the 20th century, chiropractors owned and ran sanitariums for “nervous and mental disorders.” A famous book called Mental Health and Chiropractic, which includes many case studies and the contributions of Nobel prize laureates, discusses the possible biological mechanism behind chiropractic’s great success with brain health.

Today, with so many children exhibiting autism, attention deficit disorder, hyperactivity, Asperger’s syndrome, Rhett’s syndrome and other disorders affecting their personality and social function, it is essential that all children receive a chiropractic checkup. Below in this newsletter is a summary of a paper on chiropractic, autism and depression (see Researching Chiropractic). Please bring in your children for care.

Chiropractic helps most all children in so many ways – grades increase, concentration improves, balance and coordination are enhanced, sports performance improves – why wouldn’t you bring in your child for chiropractic’s unique subluxation correction?

What part of your body does this?
It deactivates drugs – without it a few ounces of alcohol could keep you drunk for life; a moment’s adrenalin rush would go on and on; pharmaceuticals would never stop altering your body chemistry.

  • It helps life sustaining nutrients to get to your cells.
  • It converts food into nutrients.
  • It stores fats, sugars, iron, and vitamins for later use by the body
  • It is the most amazing juggler in existence – creating and balancing over 13,000 chemicals and hormones.
  • It keeps your blood sugar levels within a safe margin and balances vitamins and minerals so your bones will stay strong and won’t deteriorate.
  • It clears out inhaled, swallowed or absorbed (through the skin) toxins, chemicals and pollution. Without this constant detoxification of waste and toxins you’d be dead in less than a day.
  • It works 24 hours a day, seven days a week and doesn’t take off for holidays.
  • With the exception of your skin it is the largest organ in your body and performs more than 500 functions to keep you healthy.

If you guessed your liver go to the head of the class.

When your liver is not functioning properly you may feel sluggish and possibly nauseous. Many of your organs are affected by an unhealthy liver – your eyes can be bloodshot, you can have bad breath, abdominal bloating, poor digestion, fatigue, a coated tongue, a sluggish metabolism, excessive body heat, sugar cravings and inability to lose weight. A sluggish liver stresses the kidney, heart and brain.

This is one very important organ.

An important way to keep your liver healthy is to make sure your spine is healthy. Why? Because your liver, as well as your other organs, needs constant communications from your spine. A subluxation could block essential communications between your brain and body, potentially affecting liver function.

To keep your liver healthy stay away from drugs (whether prescribed or recreational). Many people find that doing a “liver flush” or a “liver cleanse” is a healthy practice to help the liver detoxify and rejuvenate. These are usually done when the seasons change.

This is just another good reason why you and your family seeing your chiropractor makes good common sense.

Depression, anxiety and chiropractic. A 58-year-old male with shoulder and neck pain sought chiropractic care. Past history revealed two major car accidents that involved hospitalizations. At the same time the patient had many symptoms related to his depression and anxiety, such as poor concentration, irritability, lethargy, panic attacks and heart palpitations. He scored 46 on the Beck Depression Inventory-II, which indicates severe depression.

Care was directed towards the location and correction of subluxations. The patient was seen three times per week for three months with documented improvement in quality of life. (1)

Apples top list for pesticide residue (so go organic)

The Environmental Working Group’s 2011 Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce (www.ewg.org/foodnews/summary)revealed that applies contain the most pesticide residue of all popular produce sold in the US. Celery and strawberries followed with very high pesticide rates.

Of the 50 common vegetables and fruits tested, the high pesticide group included peaches, spinach, imported nectarines and grapes, sweet bell peppers, potatoes, domestic blueberries, lettuce, kale, and collard greens, while onions, sweet corn and pineapples had the least pesticide residue.

Sales of organic fruits and vegetables — which are grown without synthetic pesticides — now make up 12% of all U.S. fruit and vegetable sales, according to the Organic Trade Association, nearly $10.6 billion in 2010, up nearly 12% percent from 2009.

We can’t stress it enough – for greater health eat non-pesticide foods; go organic.

Oct.20.11-New Study: Vaccinated Children Have More than Twice

October 16, 2011byThe Refusers

Journal of Natural Food and Health

Preventable Vaccine-induced DiseasesA German study released in September 2011 of about 8000 UNVACCINATED children, newborn to 19 years, show vaccinated children have more than twice the diseases and disorders than unvaccinated children, and perhaps five times more of certain disorders. The results are presented in the bar chart below; the complete data and study results are here. The data is compared to the national German KIGGS health study of the children in the general population. Most of the respondents to the survey were from the U.S.

The data was collected from parents with vaccine-free children via an internet questionnaire by vaccine injury.info and Andreas Bachmair, a German classical homeopathic practitioner. The independent study is self-funded and is not sponsored by a large “credible” non-profit or government health organization with political and financial conflicts of interest; hence Bachmair relies on Google ads and donations for revenue. Each one of the 8000 cases are actual cases with medical documentation. Three other studies had similar results according to Bachmair and are reported below. No study of health outcomes of vaccinated people versus unvaccinated has ever been conducted in the U.S. by CDC or any other agency in the 50 years or more of an accelerating schedule of vaccinations (now over 50 doses of 14 vaccines given before kindergarten, 26 doses in the first year). Most data collected by CDC is contained in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database. The VAERS is generally thought to contain only 3 to 5 percent of reportable incidents. This is simply because only some immediate reactions are reported by doctors; but many are not admitted to be reactions to the vaccine. Most importantly, the VAERS numbers are only immediate reactions, which I would place with a few hours to a few weeks. Long-term vaccine-induced diseases and disorders are not recognized by parents or doctors when these conditions develop perhaps a few months to five years or more and would never be realized to come from multiple vaccinations. In other words, many children and adults have diseases and disorders that are vaccine induced and they never suspect they are from the vaccines, as this study indicates. The comparisons of the health of vaccine-free children with the health statistics of the general population are the same as comparing unvaccinated with vaccinated. This is simply because the general population of U.S. children are nearly 100% vaccinated. Only four of the unvaccinated 8000 responded with severe autism (0.05%) and these were said to be high mercury cases. On the other hand, I had noticed the results show about a 1% rate for autism in the unvaccinated over 3 years old–about the same as vaccinated children. So I asked Bachmair why the data does not show significantly less. He told me he had invited many autism groups and internet autism lists to participate and thus skewed the results accordingly. If the true rate is 0.5%, I calculated that only 40 extra respondents (above the true average number) responded yes to autism, it would skew the results by a factor of 2. If the true rate is 0.25%, only 60 additional respondents (above the true average number) of the 8000 responded yes to autism, it would skew the results by a factor of 4. So it would not take many respondents from these lists to skew the results significantly.

The only other bias in this study may include the fact that parents of unvaccinated children are obviously concerned about the health risks of vaccines, and are more likely to make other healthier choices such as feeding their children a much better diet and using more natural remedies and using fewer pharmaceuticals. Now half the U.S. children suffer from chronic diseases and disorders and 21% are developmentally disabled. Yet the public health system always uses the sacred mantra “vaccine-preventable diseases” when referring to their top public health achievement of mass vaccinations. I think we should be talking more in terms of preventable vaccine-induced diseases.

Oct.19.11-Big Pharma Owns Physicians

MB Comment: This refreshingly candid lecture at Harvard Law School hits the nail on the head: Doctors and health officials don’t represent the interests of patients – they are indentured servants of pharmaceutical companies. The lecturer is Paul Thacker — a former investigator for Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA). Grassley’s office has investigated drug scandals and medical corruption, including GlaxoSmithKline’s Avandia (a diabetes drug that causes heart attacks). It is remarkable that Harvard Law School presented this lecture, given that some of its medical school faculty are at the epicenter of this plague of corruption. Thacker calls for sanctions for plagiarism against professors who lend their names to articles written by drug industry ghost-writers.
Add this to the factor that our launch party for the book Vaccine Epidemic was held at NYU Law School (I’m a contributing author to the book). Elite law schools are zeroing in on the issue of medical corruption. Vaccines are at the epicenter of this problem.
This article has a link to a video of Thacker’s lecture, which is worth watching or listening to in the background. The video gets specific about cases of ghost-writing about 1/3 of the way through.
In the first lecture of the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics series, Paul Thacker, an investigative journalist and former U.S. Senate Finance Committee staffer, said that big pharmaceutical dollars not only own physicians but also many prominent medical school faculty who are paid to lobby for drugs.
“There’s this sort of idea—an implied understanding—that doctors belong to us. But that’s often not the case,” Thacker said. Doctors’ dependence on industry money to build and sustain lucrative practices, Thacker adds, troubles the doctor-patient dynamic.
“Why did we care about big pharmacy on the finance committee? Because the federal government pays for one-third of the drugs in the United States; they are the industry’s largest customer.” Thacker is most credited for his queries into the relationship between physicians, especially medical school faculty who receive grants, and the pharmaceutical industry. As a result of his work, the 2009 health care overhaul included new disclosure requirements for companies’ payments to doctors. Several universities have implemented stricter conflict-of-interest policies. As an investigator for Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Thacker became intimately familiar with the health care industry, its web of moneyed interests, and its excesses. Thacker’s probe into Avandia, a diabetes drug later discovered to cause heart attacks, is one example of his commitment to patient safety.

A former journalist who wrote extensively on science and medicine and their connection to the political sphere, Thacker has earned the respect of many investigative reporters and corruption-fighting legislators. He has reported on drug companies giving away televisions to doctors in return for writing scripts for their promotional materials. Thacker, who is currently serving as an investigator for the Project on Government Oversight, takes issue with industry representatives who are increasingly penning or researching articles for leading medical writers, replacing objective and comprehensive review with one-sided corporate advertising. He says it’s fair to compare physicians, judges, and journalists because “their jobs require constant learning, should avoid bias, and affect the lives of many people.” He added, “Detection of ghostwriting by medicals schools is limited. We’re seeing repetitive promotional articles in medical journals.”

At the end of his presentation, Thacker called for bold action from universities and academic journals: “Make data and algorithms public; make study protocol public when seeking IRB approval; require disclosure of manuscript funding in journal acknowledgement section; sanction professors for plagiarism just as they do students.”

Lawrence Lessig, the Roy L. Furman professor of law and director of the Safra Center, applauded Thacker’s efforts on behalf of American patients across the country.
“The character of integrity sometimes requires the willingness to be rude or make people angry. Thacker has interrupted many people in his work as an investigator.”

Oct. 13.11-Caution to parents: This Vaccine Might Cause Sudden Infant Death Syndrome

Can the hepatitis B vaccine cause Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)?

I’ve recently become a fan of Dr. Mercola. On his website, he will quote a study that has been done, give the facts from that, and then he will give his own comments about it. Fascinating! He is not afraid to take on controversial topics like the study done in peer-reviewed papers that cites hepatitis B vaccine as a possible cause for numerous sudden infant deaths (in the U.S. and in Europe), multiple sclerosis, and other autoimmune disorders.

Dr. Mercola points out that reactions to the hepatitis B vaccine may be serious. He believes that the hepatitis B vaccine may be the most problematic vaccine on the required list for children today.

Newborns began to be routinely given the hepatitis B vaccine in 1992. The CDC and the FDA jointly operated the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, and between 1992 and 2005, they reported 36,788 official adverse reactions to hepatitis B vaccines. 14,800 of these were serious enough that hospitalization was required.

Furthermore, 781 people were reported to have DIED following hepatitis B vaccination. Dr. Mercola also noted that vaccine adverse reactions are grossly under-reported, even perhaps by as much as 90%. So these figures could be only the tip of the iceberg.

Often vaccine reactions are not even recognized by medical professionals as vaccine-related.

For instance, when babies die after receiving the hepatitis B vaccine, their deaths are usually attributed to SIDS without investigation into the vaccine that might have caused the baby’s sudden death.

What happens when a parent tries to refuse a vaccination? A friend told me recently that when she was politely refusing a certain immunization for her infant, the doctor continued to urge her to allow it, saying that the risks were minimal of an adverse effect.

Dr. Mercola goes on to say that the protection that the hepatitis B vaccine gives the baby tends to diminish over time so that by the time the child is actually exposed to the virus, their protection is almost nil anyway.

So why vaccinate them at birth when they could have such an adverse reaction in their immune system, permanent brain damage, and even death?

Dr Mercola concludes: “It is not logical. Makes no sense, none, nada, zip. This is a seriously flawed public health policy recommendation that is not backed up by good science.”

October 12.11-Watching Sports May Be Bad for Your Heart

By Jo Cavallo

One study showed the risk for cardiac arrest soared to two to four times higher while watching heart-pounding sports events. But does it matter if your team wins or loses?

Can the excitement of watching heart-pounding sports matches be bad for your heart? According to research published in The New England Journal of Medicine, the answer is yes.

A group of German researchers compared cardiac events in Munich during the five weeks of the 2006 World Cup, held in Germany, to the number of cardiac events during other times of the year and found that on the days the German team played, cardiac emergencies more than tripled for men and nearly doubled for women. The greatest risk was for those fans who already suffered from heart disease, with their chance of having a heart attack or other cardiac problem soaring to four times higher during the games. The risk was double for those fans who didn’t have a history of heart problems.

“Apparently, of prime importance for triggering a stress-induced event is not the outcome of a game-a win or loss-but rather the intense strain and excitement experienced during the viewing of a dramatic match, such as one with a penalty shootout,” wrote the study authors.

The researchers suggested that doctors take into consideration the effect watching sporting events may have on their heart disease patients and consider increasing a patient’s medication dose to compensate for the additional stress.

Staying Heart Healthy

According to the American Heart Association (AMA), heart disease is the number-one cause of death for both men and women in the U.S. If you’re concerned about how watching adrenaline-inducing sporting matches may affect the health of your heart, talk with your doctor about how you can stay heart healthy both during exciting sporting events and all yearlong. These tips can help:

  • Reduce stress. Chronic stress can cause your blood pressure and heart rate to rise, increasing your risk for heart disease. Maintaining a regular exercise program that includes at least 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week and trying other stress-busting methods like yoga and meditation can help reduce stress levels.
  • Quit smoking. Smoking is one of the biggest risk factors for developing heart disease. Quitting smoking dramatically reduces your risk for developing heart disease within just one year.
  • Get enough sleep. Aim for six to eight hours of sleep each night.
  • Give yourself a pep talk. Positive self-talk is a good way to deal with stress, but negative self-talk can have the opposite effect, increasing stress levels, according to the AMA. Oct.10.11-FDA Finally Admits Chicken Meat Contains Cancer-Causing Arsenic!

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

(NaturalNews) After years of sweeping the issue under the rug and hoping no one would notice, the FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that’s fatal in high doses. But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It’s added to the chicken feed on purpose!

Even worse, the FDA says its own research shows that the arsenic added to the chicken feed ends up in the chicken meat where it is consumed by humans. So for the last sixty years, American consumers who eat conventional chicken have been swallowing arsenic, a known cancer-causing chemical. (http://www.phillyburbs.com/news/loc…)

Until this new study, both the poultry industry and the FDA denied that arsenic fed to chickens ended up in their meat. The fairytale excuse story we’ve all been fed for sixty years is that “the arsenic is excreted in the chicken feces.” There’s no scientific basis for making such a claim… it’s just what the poultry industry wanted everybody to believe.

But now the evidence is so undeniable that the manufacturer of the chicken feed product known as Roxarsone has decided to pull the product off the shelves (http://www.grist.org/food-safety/20…). And what’s the name of this manufacturer that has been putting arsenic in the chicken feed for all these years? Pfizer, of course — the very same company that makes vaccines containing chemical adjuvants that are injected into children.

Technically, the company making the Roxarsone chicken feed is a subsidiary of Pfizer, called Alpharma LLC. Even though Alpharma now has agreed to pull this toxic feed chemical off the shelves in the United States, it says it won’t necessarily remove it from feed products in other countries unless it is forced by regulators to do so. As reported by AP:

Scott Brown of Pfizer Animal Health’s Veterinary Medicine Research and Development division said the company also sells the ingredient in about a dozen other countries. He said Pfizer is reaching out to regulatory authorities in those countries and will decide whether to sell it on an individual basis.” (http://www.usatoday.com/money/indus…)

Arsenic? Eat more!

But even as its arsenic-containing product is pulled off the shelves, the FDA continues its campaign of denial, claiming arsenic in chickens is at such a low level that it’s still safe to eat. This is even as the FDA says arsenic is a carcinogen, meaning it increases the risk of cancer.

The National Chicken Council agrees with the FDA. In a statement issued in response to the news that Roxarsone would be pulled from feed store shelves, it stated, “Chicken is safe to eat” even while admitting arsenic was used in many flocks grown and sold as chicken meat in the United States.

What’s astonishing about all this is that the FDA tells consumers it’s safe to eat cancer-causing arsenic but it’s dangerous to drink elderberry juice! The FDA recently conducted an armed raid in an elderberry juice manufacturer, accusing it of the “crime” of selling “unapproved drugs.” (http://www.naturalnews.com/032631_e…) Which drugs would those be? The elderberry juice, explains the FDA. You see, the elderberry juice magically becomes a “drug” if you tell people how it can help support good health.

The FDA has also gone after dozens of other companies for selling natural herbal products or nutritional products that enhance and support health. Plus, it’s waging a war on raw milk which it says is dangerous. So now in America, we have a food and drug regulatory agency that says it’s okay to eat arsenic, but dangerous to drink elderberry juice or raw milk.

Eat more poison, in other words, but don’t consume any healing foods. That’s the FDA, killing off Americans one meal at a time while protecting the profits of the very companies that are poisoning us with their deadly ingredients.

Oh, by the way, here’s another sweet little disturbing fact you probably didn’t know about hamburgers and conventional beef: Chicken litter containing arsenic is fed to cows in factory beef operations. So the arsenic that’s pooped out by the chickens gets consumed and concentrated in the tissues of cows, which is then ground into hamburger to be consumed by the clueless masses who don’t even know they’re eating second-hand chicken sh*t.
